1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • Cancellation After Dispatch:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it qualifies under our return policy due to damage or error.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the fragile and consumable nature of our products, we only offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product or incorrect variant (e.g., fragrance or size).
  • The product is missing from your package.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
  • Keep the item unused and in its original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Products used or unboxed.
